ABSTRACT GUIDELINES

Abstracts must be written in English with a maximum of 350 word and according to the template provided. The title should be as short as possible but clear enough to indicate the nature of the research. All abbreviations must be defined on their first use. The preference for oral or poster communication can be indicated in the template. However, the scientific committee will select the oral presentations.
Oral presentations will be in English, with the slides in English. Non-selected abstracts for oral presentation will be presented as poster.

At least one of the authors of the communication must be registered in the meeting. Each registered attendant will be allowed to send only one communication as author presenting the work, whether oral or poster.

Authors are invited to send a graphical abstract accompanying their regular abstract (see template). This is optional but the organization encourages authors to do so in order to increase visibility of their work in this online meeting.

POSTER SESSION

One day before the conference starts, posters will be displayed exclusively for XV RBMP_online attendees at the conference webpage.

During the poster session, each poster presenter will have the chance of showing their findings in a virtual meeting room with capacity for 6 attendees. Presenters will show their results in whatever format they consider the best for communication purposes (e.g. the actual poster, a small presentation…) by sharing their computer screens. These virtual meeting rooms will have a virtual board tool and a chat tool.

Poster session attendees will be able to interact with as many presenters as they wish by “moving” from one virtual meeting room to another one. They could use the available chat to arrange a meeting for discussing the poster. To facilitate this, each poster author will have a username consisting on his/her poster code and his/her name/surname, so it will be possible to look for him/her and send him/her a message in case you want to discuss with the author.
